Arrow Benefits Group’s dental plan serves some of the largest employers in Sonoma County, using our own internal system for managing claims, a proprietary dental provider network and regular trust accounting. We retain both a dental and IT consultant for claims reviews and system upgrades and maintenance.

- Enrollment Packet (includes SPD)
- Enrollment Meetings
- Web-based Report Management, to which participants have access
- Customized Claim Forms
- Direct Deposit (if desired)
- Trust Accounting (which can include ACH transfer)
- Written outline for inclusion in Employee Manual
