Arrow Benefits Group (ABG) and The Personnel Perspective (TPP), sister companies since 2014, have announced that they are opening a new office in Napa, CA. Their partnership is the first of its kind in the North Bay, providing inclusive support with administration, benefits, human resources, management training and development, and recruiting under one umbrella. Karen Alary, Managing Partner at The Personnel Perspective, explains, “Employee benefits fits hand-in-glove with the Human Resources profession, so this was a logical move for both firms as it provides a depth of expertise and resources in Northern California that is hard to beat.” Arrow Benefits Group Managing Partner Stephen McNeil agrees, saying, “We are thrilled with the evolution of our partnership and excited to offer Human Resources and Benefits under one roof. It will allow us to better serve our clients and the clients to come plus support the ever-growing need of the Spanish speaking population in many companies in the North Bay.” TPP has three bilingual consultants and ABG has a Spanish Language Division.

Linda Hansen, Business Area Manager and Senior HR and Benefits Consultant, will open and manage the Napa office. She brings over 25 years of extensive Human Resources and Benefits experience and has spent the past 10 years working in the Northern California wine industry. Ms. Hansen’s wine industry experience includes strategic support within all areas within a winery and vineyard operation, including winemaking, supply chain, operations (bottling, distribution, maintenance), administration (finance, IT, HR), marketing services, and DTC. “Linda brings such a breadth and depth of experience and is so well-rounded in her knowledge and skills that we felt she would be the perfect person to take on this new role in our Napa office. She’s a perfect blend of two luxury brands,” said Alary.
Sonoma and Napa counties are in the heart of one of the leading California wine industry regions. “We’ve got both counties covered, and other California wine growing regions are easily accessible from either of our offices; we can collaborate with the other wine growing regions including Mendocino County, the Central Valley and Central Coast, Oregon, Washington, and many more.” Opening the Napa office is an excellent opportunity for us to expand our presence in Wine Country, where Benefits and HR can work in an integrated way or standalone for all industries found in Napa, the North Bay, and throughout California.” Alary comments.
ABG and TPP have been in business for a combined 80 years, serving clients throughout the North Bay, California and beyond. Opening the Napa office brings ABG and TPP closer to their Napa Valley-based clients and provides easier accessibility to clients in counties east and south of Napa. AGB and TPP’s team of highly skilled consultants offer comprehensive and wide-ranging service to their clients.
